Accepting his situation he plans a final act of revenge.  Willis is feeling down but he still feels that his audience is in the cell with him and relives some of his great performances for them.

The script requires 6 actors, three female and three male. The play is a drama.  All the parts are good each with the opportunity to move the audience.

PLEASE CONSIDER AUDITIONING FOR A PART IN THIS PLAY OR ATTENDING TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO ARE AUDITIONING.

The play is scheduled to be performed over the first three weekends of November at the Zamia. After the first three weeks of one night per week, the rehearsals are scheduled for two evenings a week   The nights will be discussed with the cast but we have to work to the availability of the Zamia.  There are mainly only two persons on stage at the one time so it is possible to be somewhat flexible with rehearsals until the last few weeks when all would need to be present.  If it is possible, I would like to have a female and male prompt to share the rehearsal prompting and to understudy the female and male parts.  If this were achievable, I would hope that the prompts would each have at least one opportunity to be in a performance if they wished to.

I have written the script and will be the producer and director of the play.  I will have an assistant director to share some of the directing.  The play has six jazz numbers in it.  Four local musicians have rehearsed for some months to create the recordings required.  By next week, these will have some voice over introductions and some sound effects added to them.  Ty, Barbara, Ben, and Max have done a great job on the music and the recording of it.  We need a full cast now to support all the work that they have put in already.

I am happy to take any questions on the parts by phone or email and can email the audition notes for each character to anybody wishing to see them before the auditions.

We also need a sound and a lighting operator.  The last couple of week’s rehearsals will need sound and lighting.              Frank 5545 3116         sandyfrank83@hotmail.com
